He is an expert witness in a wake vortex case. Rumor has it he has stated that Density Atitude has nothing to do with takeoff performance "on the record." It's sad, he's going to tarnish his reputation. His peers will be aghast with what he has already put on the record. The worst part is that it appears Roskam (DAR corp) have a big conflict of interest here. They are in direct competition with the Co. he is testifying against. Pretty good reason to stretch the truth. Really a pitiful situation; there are going to be lots of questions about his ethics on this one.
